[Letter], 1819 Jul 26 / Caroline, Princess of Wales.

A letter, possibly to a Mr. Hopene, an English consul, on the subject of her being lent a "small cutter" for transportation. A note on the back of the last page reads: From the Princess of Wales at Pesaro [Italy] on the subject of her yacht. Recd July 29th, 1819. Also mounted in, an etching (23 x 15 cm.) printed after the death of the Queen with the inscription: Queen Caroline of England, whose persecuted spirit, fled to the regions of Bliss to recieve [sic] from her Heavenly Father, a Crown of Glory, which no earthy King, can give or take away.
